PT Test Plus 2 Days
I am still sore!! Yesterday I did the daily ride and had trouble hanging on. I gave up in Washington Boro at 20 miles. I ached all over and did a very slow roll for the ten miles home. This morning it still hurts to go down stairs. Recovering at 54 is clearly different than recovery at 24.

Are you motivated to continue the push-ups and sit-ups as an exercise regimen?
ReplyDeleteRGMW,
ReplyDeleteSure. I have to take another PT test in 6 months or at school. Also, on the pushups, I quit at one minute because I did not want to hurt my shoulder. Over time I think I can improve the pushups. I am not sure I can do much better on the situps.
