Eat smart and no junk food snacking! Not rocket science, just a deliberate lifestyle change. Good luck to all who apply themselves to the task. Best to you all in the sand box!
JasonTAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8395959113568829045.post-47061339250227111272009-05-16T13:32:00.000-04:002009-05-16T13:32:00.000-04:00I'll assume you are in your mid 20s so being gross...I'll assume you are in your mid 20s so being grossly out of shape is a lifestyle choice--you sit on your ass too much. At your age, simply moving vigorously--walking, running, biking, swimming, anything for an hour or two per day should get you in better shape in a couple of months. Then you can move faster and farther for longer periods and in a few months more, you'll be ready to pass the PT test. Physics is your friend, video games and movies are the enemy.
I hope that helps.
SGT GNeil Gussmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04667154945595202472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8395959113568829045.post-81645425805802325272009-05-15T23:47:00.000-04:002009-05-15T23:47:00.000-04:00hi! I am a juniata grad (but didnt know your daughter) I'm about to enter a military social work program. I am thinking about doing active duty but hesitate for a number of reasons one of the biggest being the PT. I'm grossly out of shape. Do you have any pointers? I'm still 2 years out from joining up if i do (want to finish grad school) but i'd like to be prepared (and back in shape) regardless!

Thanks!Clearbluewater3https://www.blogger.com/profile/14473226430158514491noreply@blogger.com
